Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
RJ Schinner Co is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the on-site team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This entry-level role collaborates with HR to manage full-cycle recruitment—from posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding—while monitoring recruiting-related expenses. The position reports to the Corporate HR Manager and is based onsite.
Responsibilities
- Review requisition forms in partnership with department managers and the HR team to ensure staffing needs are accurately captured.
- Publish openings on internal systems such as ADP and on external job boards.
- Develop and sustain candidate pipelines, with emphasis on high-volume hourly roles.
- Maintain a positive, professional candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple shifts and facility locations.
- Assist HR Generalists with offers of employment and coordinating background checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and HR shared drive.
- Support employer branding efforts, including monitoring reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed.
- Assist with coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and internal recruiting campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership on regular workforce planning and talent discussions.
- Generate and maintain basic recruitment reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, preferably ADP.
- Familiarity with employment law related to recruitment (EEOC guidelines).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving and strong attention to detail.

Job Summary

Job Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in human resources and/or business administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience and training will be considered.
