Job Description

Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist at Signapay Southeast, onsite in Goose Creek, SC; salary USD 50,000–60,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract candidates via job boards, social media channels, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit and interest.
  • Coordinate and manage the full interview process from scheduling to final decision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to sustain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure a positive, streamlined candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and fill roles promptly.
