Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates via job boards, social media channels, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit and interest.
- Coordinate and manage the full interview process from scheduling to final decision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to sustain a robust talent pipeline.
- Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure a positive, streamlined candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and fill roles promptly.
