Job Description

Touch of Love HomeCare Agency offers an onsite opportunity in Melville, NY with a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $25.00. This Recruiter / Onboarding Coordinator role focuses on recruiting and onboarding Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, and caregivers for licensed home care agencies serving NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. You will coordinate onboarding activities and serve as a liaison with partner agencies to ensure a smooth candidate journey and strong caregiver pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit HHAs, PCAs, and caregivers via phone calls, social media, referrals, and online platforms
  • Conduct initial screening interviews with applicants
  • Schedule caregivers for office appointments and onboarding sessions
  • Follow up with applicants regarding missing documents and onboarding requirements
  • Assist caregivers with completing applications and onboarding paperwork
  • Upload and organize applicant documents in company systems and agency portals
  • Coordinate communication between caregivers and partner home care agencies
  • Monitor applicant progress through onboarding and orientation process
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant status and communications
  • Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and lead follow-up
  • Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, text messages, and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or onboarding experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, or scheduling platforms is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (Spanish, Russian, Uzbek, or other languages are a plus)
  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

Compensation and location

Pay: USD 22.00 - 25.00 per hour
