Experienced Caregiver Recruiter and Coordinator

Hallmark Homecare South Portland is building a stronger recruiting engine to support caregiver staffing needs in a growing home care environment. In this hybrid role in Portland, OR, you will recruit and screen experienced caregivers, then help them complete registration and onboarding using the company’s scheduling and records platform.

Working closely with the owners, you will source candidates, conduct interviews, verify credentials, and keep caregiver information current in a third-party technology platform to help maintain a reliable pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Source caregiver candidates through job boards, community outreach, and referrals
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews to evaluate experience, reliability, and fit
• Guide caregivers through the registration process and verify required documents and credentials
• Enter and maintain caregiver profiles in the company’s third-party technology platform
• Maintain a steady candidate pipeline so caregivers can be matched to client needs quickly

Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience, including managing full-cycle, high-volume recruitment
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setting
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace for focused, uninterrupted work
• Dependable, organized approach with a high level of integrity and professional conduct when representing Hallmark Homecare

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Location

• Pay: USD 24 - 26 per hour
