Recruiter – Healthcare Experience
Job Description
Libertana is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume caregiver hiring for our home health team in Sherman Oaks, onsite.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard caregivers (HHAs, PCAs, and related roles) in a high-volume setting
- Build and sustain a pipeline of ready-to-work caregivers to meet staffing demands
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach initiatives
- Conduct both phone screenings and in-person interviews
- Extend offers and support candidates through the onboarding process
- Partner with managers to address urgent staffing needs
- Track candidates and activity within the applicant tracking system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, caregiving or home health recruitment preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Experience with high-volume hiring
- Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and calling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Technologies
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Compensation
Hourly pay range: USD 26 - 30 per hour

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
