Recruiter – Healthcare Experience

Libertana is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume caregiver hiring for our home health team in Sherman Oaks, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard caregivers (HHAs, PCAs, and related roles) in a high-volume setting
• Build and sustain a pipeline of ready-to-work caregivers to meet staffing demands
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach initiatives
• Conduct both phone screenings and in-person interviews
• Extend offers and support candidates through the onboarding process
• Partner with managers to address urgent staffing needs
• Track candidates and activity within the applicant tracking system

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, caregiving or home health recruitment preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Experience with high-volume hiring
• Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and calling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Technologies

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Compensation

Hourly pay range: USD 26 - 30 per hour
