Recruiter

Alexander Mann Solutions is hiring a Recruiter to support full lifecycle hiring for a growing organization in Carolina, PR. In this onsite role, you will work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs, attract qualified talent, and move candidates through interviews and onboarding.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for open roles across multiple departments, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
• Source active and passive candidates proactively using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Review resumes, run initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Write, optimize, and publish job descriptions designed to attract a diverse applicant pool.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, set expectations, and establish recruitment timelines.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Proven sourcing capability, including advanced techniques such as Boolean search strings and social recruiting tools.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, privacy regulations, and fair hiring practices.
