If you enjoy building talent pipelines and supporting hiring decisions, this entry level Recruiter position combines hands-on recruiting work with employer branding and collaboration with hiring managers.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and job applications.
• Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support lead generation to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
• Keep accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate interactions.

Requirements

• Level II background screening is required: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Current Driver’s License with current auto insurance
• CEU on Elderly Abuse, Human Trafficking and Alzheimer’s/Dementia
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, especially Excel spreadsheets

Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate fit.
• Experience with social media management for recruiting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
