Job Description

YER HR Solutions is hiring a contract Recruiter to be onsite in Sarasota, FL. The role centers on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration within the Aerospace and Manufacturing industries, with compensation at $45-$50 per hour.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates while arranging travel as needed
Collaborate with hiring managers to interview candidates, assess qualifications, and guide selection decisions throughout the hiring process
Assess candidate experience, technical abilities, and overall fit for open roles
Administer pre-employment steps such as reference checks, coordinating background screenings, and maintaining applicant-tracking records and hiring documentation
Prepare offers and associated hiring documents in line with approved processes
Organize and lead onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and benefits enrollment, to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
Complete I-9 verification and keep accurate personnel records in compliance with requirements
Support onboarding training coordination and manage access to the Learning Management System (LMS)
Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and employee files with high accuracy and confidentiality
Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to address staffing needs and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding workflows
Ensure all recruiting and onboarding practices comply with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, human resources, or related fields within the Aerospace and Manufacturing industries
Experience conducting interviews and partnering with hiring managers during the hiring process
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred

Job Description

IPG is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across North America from our onsite Sarasota, Florida location. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting for entry level to mid level hourly and salaried roles across IPG North America.
Ensure compliance with requisition approvals, job postings, and advertising standards.
Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process by screening candidates, presenting qualified talent, and refining workflows.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, provide regular updates, and coach them on interviewing and offer best practices.
Coordinate candidate assessments and deliver results to hiring teams prior to interviews.
Manage candidate communication and logistics, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and onsite coordination.
Oversee the offer process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.

Maintain and enhance standardized hiring processes for hourly and salaried positions.
Partner with Payroll to process candidate expense reimbursements.
Support Corporate HR with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required.
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience; at least 2 years in the staffing industry strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational and detail orientation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web based platforms, including video conferencing tools.
