Recruiter

Support full-cycle hiring for Architectural Metals while partnering with teams at our Monett, MO location.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles
• Design and execute recruiting strategies across multiple channels, including online sourcing databases, employee referrals, cold-calling, and professional organizations/associations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers; advise on talent landscape and recruiting approach
• Create and grow external networks to identify and secure top talent; bring new ideas and creative sourcing approaches
• Stay current on external market factors and emerging recruiting best practices and trends
• Use Workday Recruiting to track and manage recruiting activities through the hiring process
• Follow established recruiting processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and practices
• Set up recurring routines for communication with hiring managers and internal partners
• Support a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hiring
• Measure and report key sourcing and recruiting metrics; use data and analytics to guide future recruiting strategies
• Support and champion diversity & inclusion strategy and initiatives
• Help manage relationships with external search firms/agencies when applicable
• Provide general HR support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field OR 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry
• Prior agency/third party recruitment experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with ATS and related platforms; Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter are highly preferred
• Strong business and recruiting acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
• Proven relationship-building and networking skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage with candidates and managers at all levels
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
