Recruiter

Recruiter role in Decatur, IN focused on full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring processes, including identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Drive candidate sourcing through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and other external recruiting channels.
• Use Candidate Relationship Management to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Run the screening workflow by conducting interviews, assessing candidate skills, and evaluating overall fit.
• Manage external recruiting agencies when needed and coordinate employment and labor law compliance across the hiring process.
• Support employment compliance steps, including background checks and employment contracts.
• Assist with employee orientation and support training & development initiatives.
• Contribute to succession planning efforts to support long-term talent growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to select the best candidates for open positions.
