Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Raptis Roofing LLC is expanding its roofing sales organization and needs a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build a strong team of door-to-door sales representatives. This onsite role in Winter Springs, FL focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ongoing support through onboarding and early training.

You will work as a key connection between applicants and hiring managers, helping candidates move smoothly through the recruiting process while supporting retention efforts as new hires get started.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and hire door-to-door sales representatives for a growing sales organization
• Review applications and source candidates using Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone interviews and initial screenings
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and orientation
• Follow up with new hires during training to support retention
• Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline
• Represent the Raptis Roofing culture with professionalism and enthusiasm

Required Qualifications

• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is preferred but not required

Compensation

• $700 per week guaranteed base salary
• $500 bonus for every successful hire
• Unlimited hiring bonuses
