Internal Recruiter

FK Instrument Co., LLC seeks an organized and proactive Internal Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing setting. Based in Clearwater, Florida, this role builds candidate pipelines, supports hiring decisions, and collaborates across production, quality, engineering, and administrative teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for a variety of roles across FK Instrument, including production, quality, engineering, and administrative positions
• Source candidates proactively using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach methods
• Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
• Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and identify new recruiting channels
• Provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through interview stage

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support (full-cycle recruiting preferred)
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
• Comfortable conducting phone screens and evaluating candidates
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple open roles
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in manufacturing, technical, or skilled labor environments is preferred
