Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to define evolving staffing needs and align recruiting strategies
• Screen and interview candidates across diverse skill sets and levels of experience
• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management
• Adjust recruiting approaches quickly in response to client feedback, hiring urgency, and shifting business priorities
• Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding processes with clarity and care
• Keep accurate recruiting activity and documentation within the ATS and other internal systems
• Share market insights, candidate intelligence, and best practices with teammates to improve outcomes

Requirements

• 4+ years of successful recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to engineering, construction, finance, manufacturing, or IT
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on business needs and market conditions
• Exceptional internal and external communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Jobscience or a similar ATS, as well as Microsoft applications
