Join a hands-on recruiting team dedicated to full-cycle hiring for corporate and branch operations. This onsite role in St. Louis focuses on actively sourcing standout candidates through cold outreach and helping to assemble a strong team that aligns with our culture. You will collaborate with hiring managers to guide decisions and present compelling opportunities to prospective employees.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source qualified candidates who fit our culture across multiple current openings.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate factors such as job experience, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess and recommend top candidates.
  • Provide candidates with information about our company, culture, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Willingness to cold-call potential candidates found through online databases.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, various job boards, and multiple social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and sound decision-making capability.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to enthusiastically promote the company to prospective employees.
  • Onsite work from our Saint Louis office, located near I-170 and Olive Blvd.
