Job Description
YER HR Solutions is hiring a contract Recruiter to be onsite in Sarasota, FL. The role centers on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration within the Aerospace and Manufacturing industries, with compensation at $45-$50 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates while arranging travel as needed
- Collaborate with hiring managers to interview candidates, assess qualifications, and guide selection decisions throughout the hiring process
- Assess candidate experience, technical abilities, and overall fit for open roles
- Administer pre-employment steps such as reference checks, coordinating background screenings, and maintaining applicant-tracking records and hiring documentation
- Prepare offers and associated hiring documents in line with approved processes
- Organize and lead onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and benefits enrollment, to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
- Complete I-9 verification and keep accurate personnel records in compliance with requirements
- Support onboarding training coordination and manage access to the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and employee files with high accuracy and confidentiality
- Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to address staffing needs and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding workflows
- Ensure all recruiting and onboarding practices comply with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, human resources, or related fields within the Aerospace and Manufacturing industries
- Experience conducting interviews and partnering with hiring managers during the hiring process
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
