Job Description
Real estate recruiting and growth leadership role based in Somerset, New Jersey with Keller Williams Greater Brunswick.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop both new and experienced real estate agents.
- Execute outbound recruiting through calls, networking, social media outreach, and additional channels.
- Lead weekly trainings and coaching sessions.
Requirements
- Real estate experience with at least 5 years and a track record of growth.
- Must be a licensed performing Realtor or currently in a real estate leadership position at another company; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
- Sales experience: 2 years minimum.
- Real Estate License is required.
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year.
- Earning potential: $70,000 - $125,000+ depending on experience.
