Real estate recruiting and growth leadership role based in Somerset, New Jersey with Keller Williams Greater Brunswick.

Recruit, coach, train, and develop both new and experienced real estate agents.
Execute outbound recruiting through calls, networking, social media outreach, and additional channels.
Lead weekly trainings and coaching sessions.

Real estate experience with at least 5 years and a track record of growth.
Must be a licensed performing Realtor or currently in a real estate leadership position at another company; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
