Onsite Staffing Recruiter
Job Description
This onsite staffing recruiter role handles high-volume talent acquisition and staffing operations at the client site.
Responsibilities
- Source top talent through diverse channels such as social media, on-site events, outbound calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with applicants and prospective candidates.
- Prescreen candidates to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for openings.
- Lead in-depth interviews to assess experience, personality, and cultural alignment.
- Manage onboarding tasks including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders as the primary staffing point of contact.
- Oversee daily staffing operations at the client site, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated and client requirements are met.
- Monitor onsite staff performance, provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement when needed.
- Ensure staffing activities comply with company policies, client specifications, and applicable regulations, and generate regular staffing metrics.
- promptly address staffing challenges to sustain high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a related role.
- Comfort with making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
