Healthcare Recruiter

MGA Homecare is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter based in Springdale, AR to help build a reliable pipeline of healthcare talent. In this onsite role, you will connect with qualified professionals, manage high-volume recruiting timelines, and support full-cycle candidate movement through placement and ongoing collaboration in the field.

What you will do

• Identify and connect with healthcare professionals using a variety of recruiting and sourcing approaches
• Build a high-volume candidate pipeline while working under tight timelines
• Own full-cycle recruiting, from initial screening to placement and ongoing collaboration
• Source and attract talent using major job boards (including Indeed and ZipRecruiter), social media (including LinkedIn and Facebook), referrals, and warm calling
• Maintain contact with potential future healthcare professionals

• Sales experience preferred
