National Sales Recruiter

The National Sales Recruiter role is based onsite in Lisle, IL and focuses on building nationwide outside sales teams for Great American Payment Systems Inc. The position requires merchant services and/or merchant service sales experience, with additional recruiting and staffing background strongly preferred.

Role Overview

In this role, you will serve as the Merchant Service Sales Recruiter responsible for recruiting and supporting the growth of our outside sales teams across the country. Industry knowledge is required, along with a minimum of 3 Years of merchant services or merchant service sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build nationwide outside sales teams as the primary Merchant Service Sales Recruiter
• Source and sell candidates
• Share suggestive and helpful new ideas

• Bring a proven track record of success and attaining challenging goals

Required Qualifications

• 3 Years Merchant Services experience REQUIRED
• Three-year minimum experience in merchant services
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to source and sell candidates
• Very strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Basic problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ambition, Commitment, Desire, Discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting/staffing experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Clover Product Knowledge a plus

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: USD 55,000 - 155,000 per yearly
• Base pay paid weekly
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Work location: In person
