Sales Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is building out national sales hiring to support rapid growth, and the team is adding a Sales Recruiter in King of Prussia, PA (onsite). This role combines hands-on candidate engagement with a metrics-driven recruiting environment, supported by state-of-the-art training and technology and career growth through guidance and mentorship.

What you’ll focus on

• Partner with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Attract and engage candidates while managing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment, including tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand needs and help keep the process running smoothly.
• Establish strong candidate relationships to improve the experience and maintain alignment with job requirements.

What you bring

• Ability to work in office full time (onsite in King of Prussia, PA).
• Driven by candidate satisfaction and able to keep candidates engaged through the process.
• Comfort operating in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both Hiring Managers and candidates.
• 1-2 years professional experience (recruitment or sales experience is preferred).
• Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship focused on personal and professional growth.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while staying focused on attention to detail.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary plus commission: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
