Sales Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is hiring a Sales Recruiter to help support national sales hiring as the organization expands. This onsite role in Wilmington, DE emphasizes candidate attraction and engagement, close coordination with hiring managers, and performance in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Manage multiple tasks at the same time through effective multitasking and prioritization.
• Set priorities to meet deadlines and adjust to evolving priorities and timelines.
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment by tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support a smooth selection process.
• Build and sustain relationships with candidates to improve their experience and align them with job requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full time in the office.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction.
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and clear verbal, written, and follow-up communication.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to support an effective recruitment process.
• Recruitment or sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to receive guidance and mentorship with a focus on personal and professional growth.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience.

Compensation

USD 90,000 - 100,000 per year (base salary plus commission).
