Job Description

This mid-level full-cycle recruiter will lead end-to-end recruiting for mid-to-senior level requisitions across Samsung Electronics America, onsite in Plano, TX. The role offers an hourly compensation range of USD 60 to 64 and requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant recruiting experience. The position partners with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and key stakeholders to attract and secure top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior level roles across Samsung Electronics America business units.
  • Screen and assess candidates using standardized templates, behavioral interviewing, and assessment techniques.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers through a uniform process; raise sourcing obstacles when needed.
  • Value and promote diversity in sourcing to reach diverse candidate pools and advocate for inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Advise Hiring Manager, HRBP, and stakeholders on crafting competitive offers using compensation data and benefits tools.
  • Move candidates through stages in Workday; address routine concerns or escalate complex recruitment issues.
  • Create action plans for aging requisitions and provide timely progress updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Function Leaders, HR Business Partners, and other support teams to align on goals and outcomes.
  • Promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices across units to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with Recruiting Operations, Legal, and Total Rewards to manage risk and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent and passive candidates via LinkedIn.
  • Experience with recruiting tools including ATS, CRM, referrals, and related systems.
  • Demonstrated history of partnering with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Proven track record of influencing across organizational boundaries and building strong partnerships at all levels.
