Job Description

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an MBA Recruiting Manager to lead end-to-end MBA recruiting initiatives from Seattle on site. This role partners with senior business leaders to design programs that elevate the candidate experience and strengthen Amazon’s presence on top MBA campuses, delivering high-potential MBA talent. The compensation range for this onsite position is USD 151,600 to 205,100 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and mentor a team of MBA recruiters, overseeing the full lifecycle of MBA hiring from strategy through offer close, in close collaboration with Amazon’s business leaders to secure exceptional talent.
  • Design and scale programs that enhance candidate experience and bolster Amazon’s brand on premier MBA campuses.
  • Own operational excellence for the MBA talent pipeline, including metrics, processes, and continuous improvement for one of Amazon’s flagship recruiting channels.
  • Advise stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted partner to hiring teams, program managers, and senior leadership on MBA hiring strategy and market insights.
  • Steer end-to-end MBA recruiting strategy and execution across selected programs, handling workforce planning, pipeline development, offer negotiations, and onboarding handoff.
  • Manage campus and candidate relationships as the primary Amazon recruiting presence at designated MBA programs, building enduring partnerships with career services, student clubs, and faculty.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, business unit leaders, and HR business partners to interpret talent needs, refine role requirements, and deliver strong MBA candidates.
  • Own recruiting analytics including pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and candidate experience; conduct weekly business reviews and share data-driven insights with leadership.
  • Develop and execute a campus events strategy, coordinating on-campus engagements, information sessions, coffee chats, and closed-list events to strengthen Amazon’s employer brand among MBA students.
  • Streamline recruiting processes by identifying bottlenecks, designing scalable workflows, and implementing tools to boost efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Maintain high hiring standards by aligning with Amazon’s interview philosophy, coaching teams on behavioral interviewing, calibrating interview loops, and closing top-priority candidates.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting that synthesizes recruiting performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Six or more years of experience in recruiting or human resources.
  • Experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team.
  • Experience leading large, dispersed recruiting or sourcing teams.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Experience managing senior staff or staffing managers.
  • Experience with workforce planning.
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing customer and partner expectations.
