Manager, Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations
Job Description
The onsite leadership role directs Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations, guiding a data driven recruitment strategy and partnering with senior leaders and HR to optimize hiring outcomes and continuously improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support the recruiting team to achieve high performance, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience
- Monitor team productivity, workload distribution, and recruitment results to inform planning
- Lead recruitment efforts for senior, critical, and hard to fill positions
- Oversee the employee referral program to source high quality candidates
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness in sourcing, screening, and hiring practices
- Develop, implement, and maintain actionable metrics to measure recruiting performance
- Analyze data and provide insights on key hiring indicators such as time to fill and quality of hire
- Utilize reporting to inform decisions and refine recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business owners and senior leadership to understand staffing needs
- Collaborate with HR functions including HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Learning & Development to align talent strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition trends and best practices
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance candidate experience and recruiter productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within talent acquisition operations
- Handle various recruiting and HR related tasks as assigned
- Support strategic workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience managing full cycle recruitment, including senior level hiring
