In this onsite, full-time role at Sellery, Inc., you will recruit TikTok live streaming hosts, lead the hosts recruitment team, coordinate live host schedules, and perform HR duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for TikTok live streaming hosts, including posting roles, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and presenting offer letters.
• Manage the hosts recruitment team and be accountable for recruitment outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations of live streams by arranging host schedules and ensuring smooth execution of each session.
• Foster strong employee relationships through clear communication, collaboration, development, training, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support additional HR tasks as needed to support the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar role (preferred).
• Solid understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates’ sales skills effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

• Pay: From $20.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 15 – 40 per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
