Recruiter

Inceed is hiring an onsite Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for the organization. This role partners closely with hiring leaders, helps shape recruiting processes, and works to build reliable talent pipelines. The position is based in Addison, TX, with occasional travel to company sites and recruiting events, and compensation of $80,000–$100,000 per year based on experience.

What You Will Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create and maintain clear, compliant job descriptions.
• Source candidates using online platforms and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Support offer steps, including reference checks and background screening.
• Build relationships with agencies, schools, and military offices.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and track recruiting metrics.
• Support onboarding and other HR-related initiatives as needed.

What You Will Need

• B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a multi-location or operational environment.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Compensation and Benefits
