The Healthcare Recruiter role supports Interim HealthCare Staffing in Bloomington, MN by delivering full-life cycle recruiting for healthcare professionals. You will work onsite alongside an experienced recruiting team, managing the recruitment process from sourcing through selection to meet organizational needs.

Role Overview

In this full-time position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities for healthcare roles while developing and sustaining candidate relationships. The role includes proactively engaging healthcare professionals using multiple sourcing strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with other departments throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the recruiting process to meet organizational needs, collaborating closely with other departments.
Develop, build, and maintain candidate relationships using effective sourcing and selection techniques.
Proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals by engaging strong-fit candidates through multiple sources and strategies.
Use an ATS as part of the recruiting workflow.
Use social media platforms to establish connections and support ongoing candidate pipeline development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred): a bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
Minimum 2 years full-life cycle recruiting experience: experience in full-cycle recruitment in either an agency or corporate environment.
At least 1 year high-volume healthcare-related recruiting experience: experience recruiting healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, and front-line support positions.
Ability to source and cold call candidates: proven capability to proactively reach out to potential candidates.
