Entry Level Recruiter Staffing & Talent Acquisition

This on-site entry level recruiter role at Hire Sync is based in Parma, Ohio, and focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for light industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional roles. The position offers a base salary of $35,000 to $50,000 per year plus uncapped monthly commission. Remote applicants will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates through job boards, resume databases, and community outreach
• Evaluate applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Match candidates to open roles based on skills and experience
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure completion of all hiring steps
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep accurate records in the ATS, JobDiva
• Collaborate with the team to achieve hiring goals and deadlines

Requirements

• Associate degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
