D2D Sales Recruiter - Experience Required

NTY Windows is actively seeking a D2D Sales Recruiter to oversee high-volume recruitment of door-to-door sales talent. This onsite role in Saint George, Utah, includes conducting Zoom interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Hold 6 to 10 Zoom interviews daily
• Evaluate grit, communication skills, and D2D readiness
• Pose simple questions to reveal mindset and coachability
• Maintain clean notes and statuses within the ATS
• Communicate clear next steps to keep candidates progressing
• Collaborate with CSAs and CSMs to support client needs
• Engage with candidates via phone, SMS, and email

Requirements

• Background in D2D (door-to-door) sales
• Strong communication capabilities
• Comfortable conducting Zoom interviews
• Organized with the ability to move quickly
• Grit, focus, and accountability
• Proficiency in phone, SMS, and email communication
