Job Description

ALKAVIDA, INC is hiring an in-house recruiter and field sales trainer to build a dealer team from the ground up. This onsite role combines hands-on live appointment coaching with recruiting and pipeline management to ensure new dealers ramp quickly and can close independently.

Key Responsibilities

Ramp new dealers quickly with training on product knowledge, the sales pitch, and how to run an in-home appointment.
Accompany new recruits to their in-home appointments to train them live, then hand off the sale and correct performance in real time.
Teach dealers how to create their own business momentum, rather than relying only on leads that are handed to them.
Stay engaged with the field to determine who is ready to run solo and who needs additional reps and coaching.
Manage the inbound recruitment funnel by calling, qualifying, and converting leads coming from ads.
Conduct screening calls and coordinate next steps including interviews, Zoom meetings, and in-person factory visits.
Maintain a consistent flow of new dealer candidates so the pipeline remains active.

Requirements

Prior field sales experience, including in-home sales, direct sales, or dealer/rep programs (water, solar, security, roofing, or similar experience is a strong plus).
Experience recruiting and training others, or a strong track record as a top closer prepared to move into leadership.
Comfort handling phone conversations and conducting sales conversations in a customer’s home.
Strong organization to keep a recruiting and sales pipeline moving; GoHighLevel experience is beneficial but not required.
Based in or near Santa Clarita / Los Angeles and able to travel locally for appointments.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
