Corporate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)
Job Description
Always Compassionate Home Care offers a full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site opportunity in Melville, NY for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will help build strong hiring pipelines while delivering a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. The position supports administrative, corporate, and operational support hiring through every stage of the recruitment process.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for administrative, corporate, and operational support roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on staffing needs, role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates based on experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall role fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams to keep the process moving.
- Maintain consistent, timely communication throughout the recruitment process to support a positive candidate experience.
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with drafting, updating, and posting job descriptions to improve applicant flow.
- Support pre-employment and onboarding steps, including background checks and new hire documentation.
- Request and review recruitment-related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to improve processes, strengthen candidate flow, and support department hiring goals.
- Ensure recruitment practices follow company policies and applicable employment laws.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards (required).
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work fully on-site in Melville, NY, Monday through Friday (required).
- Experience in Workday Recruiting.
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time, on-site
