Contract Recruiter

The Contract Recruiter at Caravel Autism Health sources, screens, and presents candidates while collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining candidate records throughout the hiring process. This on-site position is based in Appleton, Wisconsin and operates under a contract arrangement with an hourly pay rate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates via job boards, social media channels, referrals, and professional networks
• Perform initial candidate screenings and conduct phone interviews
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for open roles
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview consideration
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Capacity to manage multiple openings and priorities concurrently
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is advantageous
• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setting
• High-volume hourly recruiting experience is essential
