Bilingual Recruiting Account Manager

Morales Group is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Account Manager to oversee full-cycle recruitment and provide dependable client support. This onsite role combines talent acquisition with relationship management to help clients meet staffing needs and ensure teammates succeed.

Role Overview

In this position, you will manage end-to-end recruiting activities, build candidate pipelines using creative sourcing approaches, and serve as a trusted partner to clients. You will also provide onsite support through check-ins and coordination efforts, while collaborating internally to support client satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines using creative recruiting strategies
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver quality staffing solutions
• Provide onsite support, conduct check-ins, and help ensure teammate success
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive client satisfaction and growth
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance standards
