The position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 47,000 to 75,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, retirement planning, and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain a network of technology professionals.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to capture our clients' hiring needs.
- Interview candidates and align high-demand skills with open requisitions.
- Coach candidates to prepare for interviews.
- Coordinate offers and present them to selected candidates.
- Oversee the deployment and management of consultants and full-time staff supporting eNGINE initiatives.
