Associate Recruiter

The Associate Recruiter role is an onsite opportunity in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin, supporting multiple EAU Holdings businesses with end-to-end recruitment for seasonal and year‑round positions. The position also provides onboarding assistance and keeps job descriptions current.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for seasonal and year‑round roles across the EAU Holdings portfolio of businesses.
• Attract high‑quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, building candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals, and developing meaningful connections.
• Foster relationships with local schools and community partners to identify talent opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and organizing employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date job descriptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in HR or recruiting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
