Job Description
The Account Supervisor and Recruiter role in Savannah, GA focuses on staffing hospitality clients' open positions, overseeing both client and candidate experiences, and managing recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations matters.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and ongoing management of the HSS workforce solution.
- Develop recruiting plans and build a network to proactively fill current and upcoming openings; engage channel partners as needed; distribute community outreach materials; support social media recruitment as required.
- Contact clients daily to ensure staffing needs are met; visit properties as required.
- Continuously source new business within current properties.
- Track open and filled orders daily and document occurrences as required.
- Partner with clients to arrange training for candidates lacking necessary experience.
- Onboard new hires through structured training and management oversight.
- Ensure new employees complete background checks, drug screens, and all required new hire paperwork before starting.
- Conduct and manage interviews for candidates.
- Address performance and employee relations issues for assignment-based staff in a timely manner.
- Complete daily activity reports and administrative work related to hiring and tracking hours and payroll; process weekly payroll by required deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date meetings and updates with clients and talent in the system.
- Lead weekly safety meetings and provide training to the property team, documenting safety training as required.
- Attend property morning meetings on a regular basis.
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely follow-up and clear communication with both clients and employees.
- Complete workers' compensation incident forms as necessary and coordinate with Risk to close claims.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hotel Management, General Studies, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in the staffing industry required, including on-site management.
- Approximately 50-75% travel within the local area.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have valid car insurance, a driver's license, and reliable transportation suitable for work purposes.
