Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living invites you to join as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in McLean, VA. This onsite, full‑cycle role focuses on frontline community positions and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers, build and maintain talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure adherence to EEO and state hiring regulations. The position offers a salary range of $64,360 to $80,450 per year.
Technology: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is used to manage recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume frontline community roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipeline strategy
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, direct outreach, and hiring events
- Develop and maintain active and passive talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions
- Ensure compliance with EEO and state hiring regulations
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Strengthen Sunrise’s employer brand in local markets
