Associate Recruiter - TIP/TDP Digital First

Join Capital One’s Students & Grads Talent Acquisition team within the TIP/TDP Digital First space. This onsite opportunity in McLean, VA supports full-cycle recruiting while giving you a clear path to partner with hiring managers, use high-volume recruiting data, and contribute to recruiting initiatives. You’ll also collaborate across a team of recruiters and help drive hiring outcomes through proactive sourcing and candidate management.

Compensation: $81,700 - $93,300 per year (McLean, VA). This role may also be eligible for performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing stages of the recruitment process
• Own candidate management with strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication
• Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads to understand unique talent needs
• Work cross-functionally with a team of high performing recruiters
• Support strategic initiatives and hiring strategy through collaboration with business partners
• Use recruiting data to deliver proactive status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
• Source strong candidates by looking beyond direct applications, using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and innovative sourcing techniques
• Build relationships with candidates at scale, understand interest and passion, and direct candidates to the right role or opportunity
• Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision
• Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects

What You Bring

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting, or a combination of these

Travel and Location

• Travel: Up to 25% of the time
• Location: McLean, VA (onsite)
• Other pay range: Richmond, VA: $74,200 - $84,700 for Recruiter

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting, or a combination
• Experience in Campus Recruiting or Programs
