Responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process for all non-Technician positions within the organization
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
• Develop job postings and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Facilitate and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive experience
• Manage interview scheduling and feedback collection
• Initiate all pre-screening tests and requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking functions
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and reports
• Stay updated on labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and industry trends
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
• Internal corporate recruiting experience required
