Job Description
Omniforce Solutions seeks a Technical Recruiter in Seattle, WA onsite, offering $48-$51 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing hires with urgency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a seamless, high-quality experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to understand needs, align on hiring strategies, and drive effective outcomes.
- Build credibility with business and technology leaders and support Seattle market growth as the organization expands its brand and presence.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
- Build and manage active pipelines across Engineering, Product Management, and AI-focused roles concurrently, progressing multiple requisitions.
- Conduct thorough screenings to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit; provide structured, actionable feedback to hiring teams.
- Coordinate interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, interviewer alignment, debriefs, and maintaining candidate momentum.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to craft competitive offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with active and passive candidates to build long-term talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant ATS documentation to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
- Partner with recruiting leadership to ensure process consistency, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader talent strategies.
- Actively contribute to recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and projects that enhance hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while maintaining high levels of service and execution.
- Commit to building diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Experience cold calling and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens and interviews
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
- Outstanding client service orientation and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management
- Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise across technical and business roles
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Exceptional candidate experience management and communication skills
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound strategies
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and ability to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms (eg, SuccessFactors) to track pipeline activity and performance
- High sense of urgency and ownership in driving roles to close
