Job Description
Talent Sourcer/Recruiter (Executive aligned) based in San Antonio, TX, on a 6-month contract with potential extension, paying $40-$48/hour, hybrid schedule (four days in office, one day remote), Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for senior-level candidates, delivering a persuasive, brand-consistent introduction to the organization.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through timely, clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to define success profiles, target organizations, and core capabilities.
- Translate business priorities into targeted sourcing plans, including competitor mapping, adjacent industries, and talent segmentation.
- Build and maintain executive talent pipelines for current and future leadership needs.
- Conduct tailored outreach to senior candidates aligned with their experience, motivations, and long-term career goals.
- Lead exploratory conversations and assessments to assess leadership scope, drivers, and organizational fit.
- Maintain precise pipeline records and candidate documentation in Workday.
- Create key recruiting deliverables, such as interview guides, candidate summaries, and stakeholder briefings.
- Support recruiting workflows, including approvals, documentation, and relocation processes, with consistency and accuracy.
- Serve as an integrated partner across the full search lifecycle, covering alignment, sourcing, calibration, and slate development.
- Contribute to delivering diverse, high-caliber candidate slates aligned with organizational priorities.
- Execute discreet sourcing strategies for confidential searches with strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum of four years' full lifecycle talent acquisition experience.
