Job Description

At Avid ABA, a Michigan-based provider of autism services, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for onsite roles in Chesterfield. This position focuses on relationship-building and guiding candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle to support our growing team, with a salary range of USD 50,000 to 65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support candidate sourcing and qualification across multiple channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate qualifications and fit for internal roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers, providing support throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in posting openings on job boards and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Create and maintain an employee referral network to support hiring needs.

Requirements

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree, and/or related coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in the ABA field is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Onsite work is required on a daily basis, with a cooperative stance toward collaboration with other staff members.
