Job Description

Greenheck Group offers an onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist II role in Shelby, NC with a competitive salary range of USD 69,581 to 85,953 per year. Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the established recruitment process to ensure AAP/EEO compliance and consistency in hiring practices.
  • Represent the company through professional recruitment at community events, in person and virtual settings, while maintaining enthusiastic relationships with candidates.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting to meet organizational needs, including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and networks, including social and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners; collaborate to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline recruitment processes and design innovative campaigns to build a ready-to-hire talent pool.
  • Troubleshoot recruiting processes and the ATS, creating processes aligned with future growth vacancies.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers to adjust strategy and maintain consistency throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising HR partners and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruiting process; assist with HR projects and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Research labor market trends to inform stakeholders about current conditions.

Requirements

  • Two to four years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruiting.
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system; Workday is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Office environment with standard equipment; predominantly sedentary work. Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, perform repetitive motions, and maintain close visual acuity for data-related tasks.
