This full-time position suits self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters who enjoy connecting with organizations, creating candidate pipelines, and taking initiative through proactive outreach. You will also have the opportunity to work with leadership-level contacts through cold calling, partnering to identify and meet hiring needs.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Financial Advisement Firms, Non-profit Agencies, Health Care Centers, and Small & Midsized Business Owners to proactively identify, promote, and fulfill hiring needs.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including social media and employment websites.
• Support strategies that help Denis Development attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates while continuing to grow a strong talent pipeline.
• Comfortably conduct cold calling for candidates and C-Suite Executives who are looking for top talent.
