Talent Acquisition Partner

The Indiana University Foundation is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support a collaborative recruiting team within HR & Culture. This hybrid role is based in Bloomington, IN with occasional travel to Indianapolis, and it centers on delivering full-cycle recruiting for every search from role opening through final offer.

Working alongside hiring leaders, you will build recruitment strategies, source and engage candidates, and guide both candidates and hiring managers through interviews to help secure strong hires.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the hiring process end-to-end for every search, from opening the role through the final offer
• Partner with hiring leaders by getting curious about the work and the team to understand what they need
• Develop recruitment strategies for open searches
• Write compelling job postings
• Proactively find and engage candidates
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview process
• Support offer close activities to help bring great hires onboard

What You Bring

• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and sound hiring practices
• Proven ability to cultivate, develop, and enhance professional and candidate relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative working style with the ability to work across many stakeholders at varying levels
• Ability to appropriately articulate the mission and vision of Indiana University and the IU Foundation to attract candidates
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Capacity to support multiple projects and searches simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (required)
• Two years of human resources experience with talent acquisition experience (required)
• Experience executing a variety of sourcing techniques, with strong relationship-building abilities (required)
• Combinations of related education and experience will be considered

Additional Information

• Salary range: USD 60,000 - 65,000 per year
• Hybrid based in Bloomington, Indiana, with occasional travel to Indianapolis
