Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Chatham Financial is based onsite in Kennett Square, PA. This position leads end-to-end recruitment across the United States, drives university recruiting programs, and advances employer branding in collaboration with HR partners and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and time zones, including intake sessions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to anticipate future talent needs and design solutions aligned with growth objectives and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical, recurring, and anticipated hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, direct outreach, and talent communities.
- Oversee employer branding across career sites, social channels, partnerships, and professional networks.
- Support university recruiting initiatives by engaging target institutions, coordinating campus activities, and managing internship and entry-level programs.
- Represent Chatham at career fairs, campus events, networking opportunities, and recruiting activities both virtually and in person as needed.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and university recruiting outcomes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, market trends, and effective selection processes.
- Support onboarding efforts to help new employees transition successfully into the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, spanning multiple functions and geographic regions.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
- Experience supporting university recruiting programs, internships, and entry-level hiring.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and compliance considerations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates through diverse recruiting channels and technologies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
- Excellent communication, organization, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.
- Experience in professional services, financial services, or similarly complex organizations is preferred.
- Experience supporting both technical and corporate recruiting is preferred.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, talent analytics, and recruitment metrics is preferred.
