Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the Bundy Family of Businesses, developing sourcing strategies to sustain a strong talent pipeline.
- Job Postings: Create and publish job descriptions across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to short-list candidates who meet the required qualifications; conduct initial screening interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
- Offer Management: Present offers, explain benefits, and negotiate terms clearly with selected candidates.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and soliciting feedback.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work with managers across departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
- Reputation Management: Oversee internal and external communications to maintain a positive employer reputation on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in Paycor Recruiting and report on key recruitment metrics.
- TA Leadership Support: Act as the TA leader in the organization when TA Management is unavailable.
- Other: Support additional TA projects and HR functions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred, with a solid understanding of recruitment practices and labor legislation.
- Corporate full life cycle recruiting experience, including administrative responsibilities, is preferred; third-party recruiting experience may be considered.
- Global recruiting experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proficiency with recruitment software such as Paycor, Paycom, Greenhouse, or Newton is a plus.
- Experience with social media, AI, and crowdsourcing is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and local employment representatives.
- Ability to develop pipelines for skilled trade candidates and collaborate with trade schools.
- Experience presenting at and attending job fairs and onsite school events.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
