Job Description

BridgeWork Partners is seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter to support hiring across Carrollton and the North Fort Worth area, onsite in Carrollton, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outbound sourcing
  • Perform initial phone screens to assess skills, availability, compensation expectations, and fit
  • Arrange and coordinate phone, virtual, and on-site interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain precise candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track pipelines, outreach activity, and interview progress using Excel and internal systems
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Support recruiters and leadership across multiple hiring projects and clients
  • Follow established recruiting processes while adapting to changing priorities
  • Gain exposure to all stages of the recruiting lifecycle with opportunities for increased responsibilities over time

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is a plus
  • Interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment
  • Excel proficiency for tracking, updating data, and basic reporting
  • Word and Outlook proficiency for professional communication and documentation
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable to new systems and processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

What you’ll do

  • Adhere to established recruiting processes while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Build exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle with opportunities for greater responsibility over time
