Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter
Job Description
BridgeWork Partners is seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter to support hiring across Carrollton and the North Fort Worth area, onsite in Carrollton, TX.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outbound sourcing
- Perform initial phone screens to assess skills, availability, compensation expectations, and fit
- Arrange and coordinate phone, virtual, and on-site interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain precise candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track pipelines, outreach activity, and interview progress using Excel and internal systems
- Maintain regular, professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Support recruiters and leadership across multiple hiring projects and clients
- Follow established recruiting processes while adapting to changing priorities
- Gain exposure to all stages of the recruiting lifecycle with opportunities for increased responsibilities over time
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is a plus
- Interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment
- Excel proficiency for tracking, updating data, and basic reporting
- Word and Outlook proficiency for professional communication and documentation
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable to new systems and processes
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

What you’ll do

- Adhere to established recruiting processes while adapting to shifting priorities
- Build exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle with opportunities for greater responsibility over time
