Job Description

Goldbelt, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Juneau, AK, onsite. The role features a salary range of $85,000 to $90,000 per year, plus a profit‑sharing program tied to strategic objectives and an annual incentive plan. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates and recruits across multiple skill sets, employing a mix of sourcing methods to sustain healthy pipelines and manage volume efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify strong candidate profiles through diverse sourcing methods, including Boolean search.
  • Source and recruit for multiple skill areas, leveraging various sourcing techniques and handling high recruiting volumes.
  • Represent the organization at local job events in Juneau to support AK Division recruitment efforts.
  • Request referrals from current employees and external networks to expand the candidate pool.
  • Promote the employer brand online and in local communities.
  • Maintain and curate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Engage with past applicants about new opportunities using the icims CRM.
  • Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, evaluating, and offering.
  • Develop creative sourcing approaches, including internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across client business groups and HR.
  • Ensure every applicant experiences a respectful and positive process, regardless of the outcome.
  • Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for multiple LLCs and develop targeted search strategies for top talent.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct technical interviews at a fundamental level.
  • Hands‑on experience with sourcing techniques, including social platform recruiting and crafting Boolean search strings.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present the company and open roles in a positive light to candidates.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
  • Detail orientation with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Commitment to building relationships with candidates to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, SharePoint, and iCIMS.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong task prioritization, project management, and deadline‑driven work ethic.
  • Clear, diplomatic communication with colleagues, external agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates.
  • Basic understanding of common software tools used in a corporate setting, including Windows and MS Office.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience sourcing and recruiting professionals.
  • Five or more years of hands‑on sourcing experience (eg, social platform recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Experience recruiting for roles in cyber operations, data management, intelligence, counterintelligence, IT operations and management, logistics, administrative support, help desk, and training, including cleared professionals.
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle recruiting, from job description development to sourcing, prescreening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and hiring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs).
  • Background in government contracting.
  • Prior experience using iCIMS.
